Shipping

All packages are shipped next day via Purolator. Shipping on orders over $250 is free. There is a flat rate of $15 on orders under $250. If you wish not to pay shipping fees you may opt to pickup your order in person. This may be done any time 8am-5pm.

The cut-off time for orders destined next day is 2pm EST.
Tracking numbers will be provided by request only.

Packages may be shipped on customer account numbers providing that there is written authorization to do so. You may obtain an authorization form in Forms & Flyers.

Nova Precision will ship to North America wide. All shipping costs are extra and shall be paid by the purchaser. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of Ontario.

Returns & Exchanges

Unless otherwise noted, all consumable products are warranted against defects in workmanship for 30 days from purchase. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, modification and general wear of the product. To obtain an RMA for the return of defective products please call 1-866-239-3083.

Do not send your return in without authorization.
All damaged shipment claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
